NYAHN in conjunction with the Toronto Police Service are providing a Kidnapping for Ransom Negotiator Course - Red Centre Course - in Toronto, Canada from September 22 to 26, 2025.  This course is modled after the UK Course for address Kidnapping for Ransom Investigations.  Currently there are 4 seats allocated for US attendees.  If interested, you can apply for the training at the following website:
